The history of OSES Çiğ Köfte dates back to a 4000 year old tradition – made from fine dark bulgur, tomato paste, fresh herbs, walnuts, peppers, a refined mix of spices and a hint of fresh greens, giving the elongated meatball delicacy from the Anatolian region its distinctive flavor. OSES Çiğ Köfte which is prepared without any meat additive, is a full-fledged and nutritious health food.
Fine dark bulgur, the main ingredient of Oses Cig Köfte A La Turca, is very nutritious and precious cereal, rich of fiber and carbohydrates, and therefore has a high lovel of proteins. High levels of vitamin B1 and folic acid are very filling and low-carb at the same time. With fresh parsley, mint and freshley squeezed lemon juice it also contains vitamin C, caliem and zinc.
