OUR STANDARDS

The process for the preparation of our products pass through various levels of quality and hygienic standards. We carefully select high quality materials and ingredients used in production. We give particular importance to health, hygiene and taste to guarantee the same level of quality, service and taste in all OSES Branches so we can ideally meet all customer demands and expectations. We give continuous priority to the training for all the employees and franchise partners. To preserve mutual confidence and sympathy in all in-house and external relations we continuously work to increase the brand power, invest in others and improve product and service quality .

QUALITY

Often copied but never equaled: the unique flavor of the cig kofte. An open secret for this taste is that we use the most qualitative ingredients for the preparation of the cig kofte. Our ISO standards control system monitors each individual operation. From the supplier who then ships the selected ingredients; employees, who perform the preparation; our in-house logistics services that deliver the goods to the franchisee and also the franchise partner. Should there be the slightest deviations from our standards of quality we take immediately care of it.

FOOD SAFETY

The most significant standard of OSES Cig Köfte A La Turca is the high quality of the ingredients used. OSES Cig Köfte A La Turca has no meat ingredient and is produced entirely from natural ingredients. OSES Cig Köfte A La Turca Plant which complies with EU standards makes production with its ISO 9001 Quality Management System and 22000 Food Safety Management Systems. All products are developed in the laboratory and with R&D studies under the surveillance of food engineers. Bulgur (cracked wheat), red pepper, walnut, garlic, pomegranate syrup and all spices are of prime quality. Moreover, green vegetables as lettuce, parsley and mint are chosen meticulously one by one in order to find out the freshest ones with the highest quality. Products such as lavash and pomegranate syrup are produced by OSES and with top quality products in conformity with Oses standards. All production process from spices to sauce are monitored by a special monitoring system. All employees involved in the production and other employees receive regular training and all branches are regularly audited. No processes lower than Oses standards are allowed.
